PLASMA WASTE-TO-ENERGY
MOBILE AND STATIONARY PLANTS
FOR ZERO EMISSION RECYCLING AND DISPOSAL OF HOUSEHOLD AND HAZARDOUS WASTE WITH THE FURTHER ELECTRICITY GENERATION
The hydrogen plasma incinerator is an innovative plasma-chemical station mobile or stationary system for utilization and neutralization of household, industrial and organic, chemically hazardous, medical and biological waste of high hazard classes with almost zero emission! The system allows processing and disposing of unsorted waste locally, directly at the production site or at the waste storage sites. This saves money on both transportation and transfer of waste disposal to third parties.

HIGH-TEMPERATURE PLASMA-CHEMICAL THERMAL DESTRUCTION METHOD
• It completely solves the problem of waste disposal!
• Low harmful emissions into the atmosphere, no harmful combustion waste!
• A large amount of electricity can be generated under the secondary cycle use of the exhaust emission gasses!
• Energy-efficient!
• Fully Autonomic
The destruction process proceeds exclusively due to the energy contained in the initial neutralized raw material, without the supply of any additional fuel.
The principle of operation of the incinerator is based on superadiabatic filtration vacuum combustion of carbon-containing materials in the conditions of vortex steam-hydrogen plasma. Filtration combustion is understood as the wave propagation of exothermic transformation in a porous medium during gas filtration. The wave propagation of exothermic transformation in a mixture of condensed fuel with an inert component during filtration of the oxidizer through it results in the so-called 'superadiabatic' heating, the latter arises due to the fact that the released heat does not leave with the reaction products, but is concentrated in the zone of vortex plasma combustion, which allows significant increase in temperature
The introduction of a finely dispersed aqueous ionized phase into the thermal reaction zone stabilizes the reaction in a vortex closed flow, thereby the presence of ionized atomic hydrogen and oxygen in the combustion zone provides a high-temperature plasma Vortex. This gives the effect of pure plasma combustion with temperatures up to 2000 C
